Potato Bread





























Ingredients ~ ( For 12 pcs )


Sponge


Bread Flour  117 g
Water  70 g
Instant Yeast  1 g




Dough


Bread Flour  86 g
Water  12 g
Instant Yeast  5 g
Salt  2 g
Sugar  47 g
Milk Powder  5 g
Eggs  70 g
Potato Flakes  35 g
Butter  47 g


Method ~


1. Mix the first flour, yeast and water for 3 mins on 1 st speed.
2. Ferment at least 4-5 hours or overnight.
3.  Mix the sponge, dry ingredients & liquid mix on 2nd speed until like a dough.
4. Then add in butter continue mix until the dough is fully developed.
5. 40g each, round up 6 pieces together. (3 X2)
6. Brush egg on the surface and pipe a cross with custard.
7. Bake 170c for 12 mins.




 ~ Custard~


Instant Custard  Powder  30g
Full Cream Milk  90g


Method ~


Mix well instant custard powder with full cream milk.
