Australian Lamington

 Ingredients (For Deep) 

Icing Sugar 140g
Cocoa Powder 80g
Boil Water 230g
Butter 60g
Vanilla 10g


Use hand whisk mix all the ingredients together (water must be boil then butter will melted)

Chocolate Ganache~

Whipping Cream 60g
Bitter Sweet Chocolate 60g


Double boil.
