Australian Lamington







 Ingredients (For Deep) 


Icing Sugar 140g
Cocoa Powder 80g
Boil Water 230g
Butter 60g
Vanilla 10g

Method~

Use hand whisk mix all the ingredients together (water must be boil then butter will melted)




Chocolate Ganache~

Whipping Cream 60g
Bitter Sweet Chocolate 60g

Method~

Double boil.
